Natalia is a firm believer that change is available in every season of life. No matter your age, your past, or where you find yourself in this moment, there is always time to change your narrative.

Natalia is a New York City-based body-mind-breath coach who integrates yoga, strength, conditioning, breathwork, somatic practices, and mindset coaching to support lasting embodied transformation.

She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher trained in vinyasa and yin; a certified therapeutic and functional breathwork facilitator; a NASM-certified personal trainer; and trauma-informed through Hope Ignited, with ongoing professional training in somatic therapy through Somatic Experiencing International.

Her work blends movement, breath, stillness, and neurolinguistic coaching to help clients regulate the nervous system, reshape internal dialogue, and reconnect with their innate inner wisdom. Rooted in the belief that there is always time to change our narrative, Natalia guides students to cultivate self-trust and harmony by turning inward.

Her offerings create space for strength and softness, effort and surrender—supporting the most important relationship of all: the relationship to self.
